The Annual Load Book was designed by a 3rd generation owner operator with serveral years as both a fleet owner and an owner operator. It has been my experience that you have to know what you are doing first to be able to stay on top of your program and not wake up one morning out of business. The Annual load Book is a tool that helps me stay on track.

About Us

Jack and Rene were married in April 2012 and joined our two families and have since welcomed in four more grand children and more if the kids are willing. Being grandparents has turned out to be the most satisfactory thing that we have ever done. Jack and Rene sold their home in the fall of 2012and moved into a big house 2000 Peterbuilt model 379.

Jack is a third generation in the truck transport business and has spent many years figuring out the ins and outs about being an owner operator both under their own authority as fleet owners and and a single unit owner operator.

The one thing that Jack has always done was keep an accurate load book full of the information about each load and the mileage and revenue. Years ago I had to wait until I got home or was laid over before I was able to sit down and figure the running mile revenue. I have always sat and figured what my cost per mile or better what I wanted the truck to make in revenue. A running mile average has always been a good way to keep track of your goals and the progress.

Now in today's mobile world there is a better way to do this. That is with an app loaded on your mobile device that will do the figuring for you

  • It's Convenient: because it is an app right there on your phone
  • It's Safe: because we use a third party password protocol and the data is stored on a secure server
  • It's Secure: because the load data you provide can only be seen by you and will never be compromised by us in any way outside the regular app definitions.

I has been using the App for over a year now and have found that it helps me keep track of the income and also helps me track changes in my program in real time. No more sitting down once a month and figuring it out.
