The Annual Load Book was designed by a 3rd generation owner operator with serveral years as both a fleet owner and an owner operator. It has been my experience that you have to know what you are doing first to be able to stay on top of your program and not wake up one morning out of business. The Annual load Book is a tool that helps me stay on track.

To push load information to a specific driver within your fleet is as simple as sending a text. The difference is the app will keep that information and make it easy for you or your driver to find.

You will find all the drivers that are in your fleet here, simply choose the driver and the unit number that has been assigned to them will fill in automatically.

You also can add a new driver from this screen.

 Select Driver

Driver selected

After you have chosen which driver you want. Simply add the required information that you need them to know. Some of the fields are mandatory.

The app uses them to figure the running mile revenue and the cost per mile. Have the drivers add the expenses they occur while on the road. This will let the truck owner pull them from the app.

The phone numbers are mandatory because this is a load book as well as a tool and it is relevant to keep this information to be used later

The driver and you can launch the phone call right from the app or launch google maps to navigate or see where the destination is. This is very convenient for the driver and fleet manager especially when preplanning.

Hit save and then sync the app with the server to save the information so the driver can see it. You must sync before anyone else can see it.

You will still need to call your driver to make sure that they have seen the load information that you have sent them. If your driver is unable to see the load, then all the need to do is sync the app and it will connect with the server and load that information on their app. Most times this process is seamless and automatic however sometimes they may need to do that

After the load data has been saved then you can see the running mile revenue and make sure that this load will work for your program. The driver has all the information they need to do a good job.

They and you can call or text right from the app. You can also launch Google maps and look how far you are and even navigate to where you need to be.

After the fleet has enough information in it to be a powerful tool for pre-planning loads. Use the load map after a unit has been dispatched to see the previous load points and the load information associated with them.

There is also a Points of Interest tab in the menu where your drivers can add places to share as we all can see this tab.

The drivers can use this for restaurants with truck parking and other services that are close to them. There is a POI map associated with this information and again can be used for planning trips and safe stops.
