Setting up the app the first time

The app uses a third party login system, this insures the best security for your data. The third party recognizes your email and matches it telling the app it’s ok to log in. so i don’t have access to your app and the third party can’t access the app outside the app constraints
Select the “APP USER” Tab
Make sure the information is correct and fill in any of the fields that are required or for your information. When you get to the “ADD TRUCK” select it, that will open up the equipment tab and allow you to add your truck that will be attached to your profile.
Fill out the appropriate  information.
  1. Unit # 
  2. Equipment type = Truck
  3. Year the year of the unit 
  4. Make
  5. Model 
  6. VIN
  7. License Plate
  8. Image “its good to take an image it makes it easier when you get multiple units in the app
  9. Notes
  10. Status select 
  • “Active” for the unit you going to be using. 
  • “Pending” if you’re going to add it later and 
  • “No  More” if you are retiring it.
The app matches the data for the operator and the unit. That way when you replace it the data will track the new truck separately but your data will always be correct.
